Windows Messenger for 98?

I've been hit with the stupid stick this morning, so please be gentle with
me...

Could some kind soul point me to the download page for Windows Messenger for
Windows 98, please? I've found several pages for XP versions, but none for
98.

A good suggestion, Kelly, and unfortunately I can't see any links from there
for Windows Messenger (a couple for MSN Messenger, mind you). Any other
suggestions I could coax from the group?
 
Hi Trent,
The latest version of Windows Messenger 5.0 is only available for Windows
2000, XP and 2003.
Incase you are looking for Windows Messenger to communicate with Live
Communications Server then I guess you will need to upgrade your operating
system to any of the above ideally WinXP or 2003 if you want to use all
features like Video chat etc.

It's for a colleague who uses and loves 98 (and therefore doesn't want to
upgrade to XP), and who finds Netmeeting too complicated.
There is no Windows Messenger for Windows 98 -- it's available for Windows XP and 2000 only.

Why exactly do you need it for Windows 98 (i.e. what are you trying to
