Windows Messenger also ICQ file transfer help please

I cannot send or receive files with the Windows Messenger MSN or with ICQ I
have checked firewall and seems ok any suggestions please

Whne you find out let me know! Mine is so hit and miss if it works. i have
xwondered if its becasue I am using a router.
