Windows Media Player works just fine on its own, but when
I try to view a video clip on the net, it loads up fine,
but I get a black screen that says this error:

Windows Media Player cannot play this file. Connect to the
Internet or insert the removable media on which the file
is located, and then try to play the file again.

I am obviously connected to the internet. I have re-
installed the latest versions of both WMP and IE. How can
I fix this problem?

Thanks,
-Kyle

Thanks, but I don't know what any of that stuff means.

Any other suggestions on how to fix this?
