Windows Media Player crashes

Hello. Im having a problem with Windows Media Player. Its
always crashing when Im trying to stream .wmv video. Any
help please. This what the error screen says:

What gfx card are you using. Alot of times that's the culprit. Especially
with Nvidia drivers as of late.
 
I have a ATI Radeon 7500. Should I just uninstall it and
then reinstall it again. Of course I have version 9 and
windows xp pro.
