I disabled the service but notice in Task Mgr it's still running? How do I
keep this from starting?

Make sure the Service is not running, open Services (click Start > Services

* Retired Bill:
Maybe you can't read, I said I "DISABLED" the service.....

I've got a possible answer for you, dolt.

But, since you decided to be such a dingelberry-
I hope that nobody answers your question.

I'm glad you're so smart, using dingleberry, a really current term. Guess
stating the obvious to her was too much for you. I must have offended you
sensitive (feminine) side.

using dingleberry, a really current term.

It currently applies to you.

Andre is a guy. Obviously, you are an idiot.
I must have offended you *(your)*
sensitive (feminine) side.

You better start using Google, there will be no help
here for you.

Carry on.

Michael, ignore him, someone else or an MVP will help him. Yes I obviously
misread and I am sorry for that, but there is no need to call me illiterate.

Well unless he disabled and then STOPPED the service the property change
won't do anything until he reboots.

In my experience though it is better to try first with "Manual" in case
you disable something vital to the desktop :)
