I have tried to broadcast a live event through my DV Camera and cannot
because of my DSL Router people cannot access the event. How do I allow
access through the router? ...please help

Not really related to a microsoft product, least of all wxp... Suggest
you seek help at your manufacturer's website.

Though I assume your router has some form of 'port forwarding',
configurable via web browser. Forward whatever port you are using for
WMC, from your router, to your PC
