Incidentally, that "three hours earlier" may be an artifact of your time zone setting
being wrong. You have it set for Pacific time, although you are located in the
Eastern time zone (Boston). Please correct your PC's time zone.

Every time I receive incoming mail I get a prompt saying: "An unknown error has occurred" - every single time.
This is a brand new computer system so I truly don't understand or like this at all. What should I do please? There is no recourse and I'm clueless to what is causing it. It's been 2 weeks now and I'm very flustered. I Googled the error message and that was no help at all, literally.
I'm ready to chuck it and install Thunderbird, Opera, Incredimail, Windows Live, Eudora, etc. etc.
Please help me and don't refer me to some website or knowledge base. Been there, done that.
I have Vista Premium Homed Edition 32 bit and use ESET Smart Security Suite with all settings at "default". Have been using it for years + years with no problems at all. Also, have less than 10 programs on here as it's brand spanking new, so what could be the problem. Please advise ASAP - Really, really need this to stop. Why does it happen every single time I get a bunch of mail? Never happened to me on my last PC and I had the same exact setup and same exact security setup. No changes whatsoever.
Color me confused and frustrated,
