My server is Bellsouth.net....I keep getting error message "POP3 Server not
found".

Facts: Recently purchased a new PC with Window Vista.... Was using Outlook
Express with Windows XP.

Question, how do I resolve this problem???

Unless you provide the complete error message, we have no way
of knowing whether you are using the correct mail server name.
Right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.

According to your ISP, the server name is mail.bellsouth.net.
