If you are talking about new messages, then make a template:
Compose a new message and add the BCC or CC and then go to File | Save As
and save it to the Desktop. Then whenever you want to compose a new
message, click on that file.
Thank you. I just can't believe that auto is not possible when I have been
doing so for so many years in Netscape and Thunderbird recently. How can
something as big and good as Outlook not have that capability?
Outlook is a part of extra-cost software packages. Windows Mail comes
with Vista at no extra cost. Why should Microsoft want to add all the
features of their extra-cost software to their no extra cost software?
Would you please tell me how to accomplish this to automatically copy a
specific address whenever an email is sent oe replied to in Outlook? I have
the full version and can't find how to accomplish it in there either.
If you are referring to Outlook, then you need to ask in an Outlook
newsgroup. Windows Mail is the Vista version of Outlook Express, which is
an entirely different program from Outlook. OE never had this capability
either.
