Hi, I am a new user of windows mail. I just got this new computer and
windows vista is new. I have a mail message stuck in my outbox. How can I
get it out. I can't delete, move or anything. It is a nuesance, because when
I want to send something now, I have to respond to a message, one or more
messages does not have a valid account. This now comes up every time I send
mail. This stinks, I have a brand new computer, and I have a problem with my
mail now!!!
Please help!!

Rick

First of all, you need to follow your ISP instructions carefully to set it
up properly.

Usually if you have mail that won't send you didn't select a certain box or
type in the correct Pop or SMTP address...

If all above is good, then as another person stated, ... make sure your
Virus Program didn't take over and mess your mail up.

I use TrendMicro, and on version 8, I do not use Spam anymore since my ISP
kicks the spam into their own spam box now.

But with TrendMicro, by activating Spam, it puts a spam bar onto the OE and
causes a few hiccups..

A recent version of the Trend antivirus program (details not available)
causes assorted problems in Windows Mail. I hope you don't have
that version. Most versions of the Norton and McAfee antivirus
programs also cause assorted problems in Windows Mail, but often
take months to do this.
