Excellent answer, Gary. I seldom comment on this site, I generally just
absorb useful information. However, it just blows my mind that some folks
come on acting like knuckleheads and expect help. They just don't seem to
"get" the honey vs. vinegar concept . . . Good for you!
By the way, for what it's worth for everyone running Vista and Windows Mail,
I too was inundated with headache problems (e.g., deleting emails, moving
emails, etc., within Windows Mail). I completely removed McAfee, with the
help of their tech support, and installed Windows Live Mail and Windows Live
OneCare for anti-virus, spyware, Firewall, and phishing protection. Not only
has this, so far, completely resolved my Mail issues, which destroyed my
productivity through wasted time, but it's performing marvelously and
efficiently with the bonus of multiple added features, including linking my
Verizon, Yahoo, and Windows Live Mail accounts, all on one internet page.
Trustfully, I will not encounter a "delayed" host of problems, which were
encountered wth Windows Mail. I went for two months without problems with
Windows Mail.
Again, thanks to all of you who take your time to assist those of us who are
muddleling their way though these Mail applications. You are appreciated!!!!
