Is there a way that when anyone sends me an email I don't have to hit the
recieve all?
On my old email account with a different ISP I had to log on, then it would
automaticaly down load any sent mesages. That was when I had Outlook Express.

In Windows Mail, it depends on how soon you want the email. Click on Tools,
then Accounts, then your email account, then Properties. If there is no
check mark
in the box before Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing,
click
on this box and then Apply. Click on OK and then Close.

Click on Tools, then Options. if there is no check mark in the box before
Send
and receive messages at startup, click on this box and then Apply. If you
want
to check for messages more often than every time you start up, also put a
check
mark before Check for new messages every and set the time, but not to less
than every 5 minutes. Click on Apply and then OK.

Thank You for the help !!
What I'm tyring to understand is how come I got to hit the send/recieve then
hit receive

Ron

It may have to do with the fact that a few email providers insist on receive
before send if you are doing both, but Windows Mail does send before
receive if you are doing both.

Thank You !!

I just have to get use to Windows Mail.
I appreciate all your help
