i recieved an error and my provider can't fix it. the error is 0x800ccc92 no
server error 0x800ccc90 authentication failed

Looks like your provider will have to give you a server name to use.
Your email provider (who is probably also your internet provider)
has to do this before you can set up Windows Mail properly.
Who is your email provider? Maybe someone here can help you
find the instructions, which should include the proper server names.

Insufficient information. What is the complete error message?
 
How do I set up my Windows Mail to send a Bcc? Thanks for anyone's help.

While in a message compose window, click View, All Headers.
You will only have to do this once, since that setting is sticky.
 
Chris, scroll down to or place in 'search for' box, 'difficulty creating a
server name.' The replies in there may help you.
