Hoow do I set up one e-mail account to be used by two of the users (myself
and my wife) who use the same machine and share an email account?

1) Configure the email under each of your respective Windows Logins to "not
delete mail from server". Then, configure each login for the same mail
account.

Or...

2) Use the same Windows Login and mail account.

I have created 2 e-mail accounts, myself as default and my husband. I
performed a test by sending a message to his e-mail address, it was not
received in my in-box. Basically his e-mail account does not work. We wish
to use the same Windows logins.

I'm not sure why you would want to share an email account. Use the same
login and password since you both like the computer set up the same way.
Same background, same links, etc. Or go to www.yahoo.com and get your own.
Don't Yahoo? There are a lot of free emails out there to be had, just go get
one.
