Windows Mail program problem

Can anyone help with this?
Everytime I start the mail program, it shuts itself down and restarts about
2 minutes later. It notifies me stating of a problem, and needs to restart.
Can anyone tell me as to what this is all about.

Can you right click on any error message it produces during this, and
copy all of it to your next message?

Also, errors in Windows Mail are often due to interference from an
antivirus program, antispyware program, or antispam program. What if
any of these programs do you have?
