WINDOWS MAIL NOT WORKING

I have received the following message when I try to open Windows Mail. Any Suggestions on how to fix this? any and all help would be great. Thanks


"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'fpostoffice.isp.att.net', Server: 'fpostoffice.isp.att.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"
