window's mail not working need help

i don't know 2 much about computer so i need help gettin this thing going.
Any help or input u can loan would be greatly appreciated. i write my mail
and push the send button and i won't go. does to: & cc: mean the same thing

Please select the error message that Windows Mail gives when you try to send
mail>right click on the error and select copy>then open a reply to this
thread and right click>paste. please do not edit the error message.

To: sends to your main correspondent.
cc: means send a carbon copy to someone else.
