An Outlook Express store file may be damaged. Please use a utility such as
ScanDisk to verify and repair any damaged files...Error Number: 0x800C0155

I run Vista Scandisk (statup state), no error found.

Your problem still isn't clear. Outlook Express won't run under Vista.
Are you having problems with getting messages from Outlook Express
ready to import in Windows Mail?

Program is Windows Mail, no Outlook Express. That part error message is wrong.

Windows mail try compress folder, again and again. If chose cancel dialog
come again and again. If compress folder come error 0x800C0155. Scandisk no
found error in disk.

Windows Mail should not need to open any Outlook Express database
unless you are trying to import messages from Outlook Express.

Some antivirus programs have been known to cause a variety of problems
in Windows Mail, often with misleading error messages. What if any
antivirus programs do you have, and have you ever has a Norton or
McAfee antivirus program on that computer, even if it was one of the
free trial versions that often come already installed on new computers?
