windows mail is not wrking

i keep trying to respond to ppl on craigslist and i use to be able to but
this past week i keep getting a maessage that syas i need a email account but
i try to setup one and it does not work and it use to but now it doesnt even
connect to my server at all is anyone else having this problem?
 
When it worked in the past, what was different?
Which email service do you prefer to use?
What is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
