Windows Mail hang up after my Windows COntact Reached UP 2000

IS there any maximum or recommended size for windows contact or windows Mail ?

My Customer using Windows Mail perfectly all the while, and the program
start hang up after window calendar reach up 2000
 
If you have not upgrade you system than you should do so ASAP. Also defrag
your system and delete all file you no longer use. OH download them on a disk
first just in case you do need some of them.
