Windows Mail Format in Outlook

Is there any way that I can combine Windows Mail format with Outlook? Here is
the scenario. I am online and want to contact someone from that website. It
takes me directly to Outlook. I can send the message just fine but it does
not appear in my sent folders in Windows Mail. Is there any way that I can
change that to go directly to Windows Mail?

Yes, stop using Outlook and set Windows Mail as your default email program.
You can use one or the other, but don't expect each to sync to the other.
