Windows Mail (comes with Vista)

I have searched and can't find an enable option that says I'm
receiving mail...
Sometimes if the file is very large, it appears that Mail is just
sitting there....
Am I missing something????
 
NEVER MIND !!!!!!!

Windows was a little too large and didn't show the lower right corner
!!!!!!!!!!!!
