This is an unuseless tool I have in windos vista, it doesn't work, I've asked
many times and I haven't receved a concrete and useful answer, I hope someone
can help me or it is maybe how I completed the forms, I don't know. Please.

Windows Mail doesn't work with Hotmail. You may want to download
and install Windows Live Mail, which does:

Note the instructions cover both the POP method and the IMAP
method. Don't get them mixed up.
