Windows Logo/Certificate Problems: Can't Install Flash Player 7

Everytime I try to install flash player 7...i get a message telling me that
it has not passed a windows logo test. I can't figure out why, because flash
player is a widely used program.....if anyone know how i can fix this problem
could they email me at (e-mail address removed).....thank you...your help
is much apprieciated.

Because you have to pass certain tests (the app) in order to get the
approval. There are a LOT of apps like that, just live with it.
