Not sure if this will help but worth a try, R/Click in an empty space
on your Desktop, choose properties > Screensaver tab change the time
from 5 minutes to something longer, or deselect the box that says On
resume, password protect.

Maybe I described my problem a little bit unclear. My PC also locks up even
when I'm working on it actually moving my mouse or typing a text!

If you mean that the computer freezes and you can do nothing more on it,
than that isn't connected with power settings. This is why it is a good
idea to be as descriptive in your posts as possible; we can't see your
computer from here.

If your computer is locking up - freezing - then it is probably
experiencing hardware failure. Overheating will cause those symptoms as
will bad RAM, but other components could also be at fault.

Here are some general hardware troubleshooting steps:

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts
with known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA).

If you need more help, then please look at this page first to see what
details you need to include in your next post:
