Windows Live Messenger Skin

Hello,

I m developing a Dot net windows application, It ll look like Live
messenger, How can I apply this kind of skins to my windows application ?

Peggy,

You will basically have to custom draw all the controls yourself. There
should be a third-party component which will help you with the process of
skinning, but producing the actual skin is up to you.
