I recently started having problem when i try to activate certain web sites.
I keep getting the following error message:
ref memory instruction@oxo11638/38 could not be read
file: yiesrvc.dll

instruction @0x70901010 ref@0x00000014 could not be read
file: yiesrvc.dll

I am pulling my hair what little i have left out by the roots.

Do I have to go in and zero out the drive and reinstall everything or what?
Thanks in advance for any help.

As DL has told you (and a quick Google of the file name would have shown
you), your issues are with the Yahoo IM. This thread suggests
uninstaling and reinstalling not only the Yahoo IM but Java, too.

Here is a link to the latest Java from Sun:

If you have multiple entries for Java in Add/Remove Programs then
uninstall them all before installing the latest Java.

Zeroing out the drive would be like cutting off your arm to scratch an
itch on your finger.

If you have not done any scanning for malware as part of a regular
maintenance program, it would be wise to do so.
