We have two computer users using Windows XP professional with IE 6 and
all the critical updates. However, on both of them, you have to click
half the time twice to do anything in Java.

Windows 2000 users don't have this. I know there was some kind of
security update that messed up Sun Java badly (we're using 1.3.1_05)
but I can't find the information on it now. Some kind of XP security
update.

Just in case you weren't aware but Control Panel / Java
There are security settings you can access for Java there.
Might click on update first thing..

Curt, you might want to "google" some of "Andrew E."'s replies. You
would be simply amazed at what he doesn't know.
