I have the windows xp home edition and have a problem
when shutting off my PC. It gets hung on the windows is
shutting down page. I end up having to manually shut it
down by holding in the power button. My standby and
hibrenate work fine. I also have to perform the restart
feature manually. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

If you want to know which files are not digitally signed, go to start->run and type sigverif.exe.

That will help you to find the files causing the problem.

I will suggest to check just the system files!

Good Luck!
