Hi Leo,

Windows Installer is the tool used to place software into your system. If
Outlook tells you it needs to run, then let it run. If it persists in
running every time you use Outlook, then you need to use the installer
cleanup utility:

The installer clean up utility was created in 2002 or 2003,before SP1 or SP2
for xp,about obsolete i'd say....If you need to run installer, the clean up
utility
would have no effect whatsoever..Try downloading installer 3.1 or 893803,
once installed,go to run,type:services.msc In msc,scroll to installer,double
click on it,select auto run from manual, start service...Close out msc

What the heck are you saying. The Installer Clean Up Utility does work and is needed in the above case. Try and not post erroneous messages which can harm others

so where do i get window installer???
Leo
