Lost In Loading

I am trying to load MSN9 and it gives me an error while
loading Msn Support files and MSN messanger. I was told
to go to remove or add programs in control panel and
remove messenger. When I click on remove program I get
the message Windows installer not properly loaded. I can
not find where I I can download a windows installer for
XP. Anyone have any advice?
Thanks For the help or soon to be help.

Hi,

You can remove Messenger easily, however, I don't think that is your main
issue:

Disable/Remove Windows Messenger
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_mess_disable.htm

For your Windows Installer issue, run the edit on line 94

If this seems to be a real Add or Remove issues as per removing the first
install, follow the steps provided here:

Troubleshooting, Removing and/or Cleaning Add or Remove Programs
