Windows Install FAILURE

I've been building computers for quite some time now, and
as I'm finishing up this current computer, I put the
Windows XP Pro CD in, and it loads. Ok, so I'm waiting
for it to load up, and I get this error:

File ql10wnt.sys is corrupt.
It makes me reboot and im basically screwed.

Not sure whats wrong, maybe I need a new Windows XP CD.

Maybe its scratched? Doesnt look like it.
