Windows in taskbar

Hi
I have a user who rings me up every couple of weeks to say that Windows in
Taskbar has switched itself off. Does anyone know of a keyboard shortcut
that she might be hitting to do this unintentionally?

Any chance that she's using a shared workbook in xl2k (or below).

This has been fixed in xl2002.

Maybe she could use a workbook that checks this setting each time it could get
changed:
