Windows in ROT13?

Hi,

how can I make my windows to show everything in ROT13? I thought of a
font but I didn't find one..

It's not a font that you need, it's an encryption utility. ROT13 is an
encryption method, search the internet for ROT13 or ROT-13 or Rotate13
and you should find what you need. Why on earth do you want to do that?
I think that you just made a mistake with your font request.

Assuming it's a serious question and you speak / read fluent rot13, then
yeah a font change would seem to be the way to go for your top secret
activities.

If you can't find such a font then why not create one?

Well sounds strange, but I can read ROT13. Finally I want to switch my
windows to it..

I guess dyslexia doesn't run in your family then... ;-) Maybe do like
the other poster suggested and create your own ROT13 font, should be
easy to do for you, just use a font type that you like and rotate them
to fit the letters in the new font you create.
