Windows Help doesn't open

When I click Start->Help and Support, Windows help screen
doesn't open.

I checked: Start->Control Panel->Anministrative tools-
Services->Help and Support. Service status appears

stopped in the Help and Support Properties (Local
Computer).

Clicking Start button in the dialouge box gives an error
message: "Could not start Help and Support Services on
Local Computer. Error 126: The specified module could not
be found."

In the same dialouge box the path to executible appears
as C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs

svchost.exe file is available in my System32 folder.

How do I fix this and get my "Help and Support" back?
