'Windows Help and Support' Problem

Hi

Whenever I click on a help link in Vista and it brings up the Windows Help
and Support window, the text is all unformatted (Times New Roman and large
etc.) and none of the images show up (other things as well like links are all
the default blue underlined).

I was thinking that perhaps if this is linked to a CSS file this could be
something to do with it?
