On every shutdown of Windows XP Professional with Installed Service Pack 2 a
message quickly displays. It reads "Windows Form Parking Window". It
appears briefly then it goes away and the computer shuts down. There is
nothing remarkable about our configuration. We have a HP 2510 printer
attached to a Linksys wireless modem router hub. The HP software has been
problematic but everything is operating fine. I use McAphee Virus
protection. Do any of you know what the "Windows Form Parking Window" is and
how to get rid of it at shutdown. Thanks for your help!

No idea about the process, but you can have a better view of running processes using Sysinternals Process Explorer. Inspect each running process, and try to isolate the cause by terminating one every time.

I am having the same problem. Windows form parking window sometimes display
during shutdown or logging off. It appears and ends by itself quickly. I
have tried to identify the process in event viewer and also Process Explorer.
Can anyone help me identify this process or can I get rid of it during
shutdown? Thanks for your time and efforts.
