Windows folder Sharing

I need to share the Windows, and program file folders on my PC for Backup To my Windows2k system.
PC#1 - I have WinXP Pro installed on PC#1 it shared all filles and folders except windows and program files. I have simple sharing turned off, fire will turned off, guest access turned on, and have shared the (C:\) at the root. It will not backup to Win2k in those directories, which defets the purpose of a server to back up onto. It just keeps giveing a Access denied Error. I have created user names for each of the PC's like you would in Win2k to see if that solved the problem but to no avail it did not.
PC-#2 - WinXP Home simple sharing turned on and shared Root "c:\" windows and program files are shring and backing up properly on to Win2K server. No errors.
-If PC#2 or backup server try to acces the PC#1 XP pro windows or program files directory it gives access denied error no permissions or some junk like that.
-PC#1XP Pro has full access to all the PC's

HELP..I have tried almost all the suggestions one the board and i can find a fix to get access to it. this is and ASAP urgent need help case here. E-Mail me, Post help anything will do.
 
You probably tried this but will suggest anyway. Go to those folders on XPp
and right click and share in the next window click new share then name it
and click permissions to make sure full access is available see if that will
work.
