Strange problem here. I have a computer that has nothing in it's
Windows folder, but boots normally. There is no Windows.000 folder,
and the computer is set to show hidden and system files. Any ideas?

It can be called ANYTHING..
'Windows' is the default for Windows XP installs - but I could call it "bob"
when I installed if I like.

'winnt' was the default for Windows 2000/NT...

Type in Start, Run:

cmd /k set

Press Enter.

You'll see the environment variables info which helps you determine the path to Windows, and other details.
