Windows Fails to Boot

Hi
I have xp pro on my pc, I have re-installed xp pro and now when the pc is starting it get to the bit where the screen says xp pro and the blue thing goes across the screen. The screen hangs and the blue thing stops moving. It doesnt get any further. I can start the pc in safe mode but cant in normal mode. Does anyone know how to fix this

try removing your network adapter card and then start normally
uninstall the network card and then again reboot dis time after inserting the card in your slot

If you can find no way of editing the registry outside Windows, try
using the recovery console and employing the following command

copy C:\Windows\System32\userinit.exe
C:\Windows\system32\wsaupdater.exe

(this is one line separated by a space, supposing windows is installed
in C: and this was caused by blazefind)
