I cannot seem to get the address bar to display in Windows Explorer. In
"Folder Options," I have checked both "View full path in the address bar"
and "View full path in the title bar." Also, in "View," I have placed a
check beside "Address bar." When I do so, the word "Address" appears on the
end of the "Standard buttons" bar, but I can't seem to get the addresses to
display.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Right click on the toolbar. Choose unlock.

Now arrange the toolbar so you see the window.

Then relock the toolbars.

right click in an empty area on your toolbar, uncheck lock toolbar, then click on address and drag it where you want it.

Which leaves *me* a bit puzzled; when I check Address in View -

Thanks, Alex and same here. :o)

Previous post from Harry O:

If you position your mouse pointer on the word Address and hold down the
left button do you see a four headed arrow? If so keep holding the left
mouse button down and you can drag and drop the Address bar to a new
location. If you can't move the Address bar right click and see if you have
Lock Toolbars enabled. If you see a thin vertical line to the left of the
word "Address" you can latch onto it and drag it to the left to expand the
Address bar search box.

If the above doesn't help and it should:
