windows explorer

when i reloaded windows xp pro service pac 2 after formating drive
,accidentialy deleted shortcut to windows explorer and cannot find it
anywhere please help have tried reloading from disk but does not reapear

You are saying WINDOWS explorer right??? Not Internet Explorer?
just right click the start and click explore, VOILA windows explorer is open.

if Internet explorer then open windows explorer and crusie to programs go to
internet explorer, double click on the internet explorer folder, right click

You can create a new shortcut. Make the "Target" read;
%systemroot%\explorer.exe /e,C:\
