Help! I need help!!
Yesterday, i installed a studpid little program called
Adsubtract on my machine. It came with a program called
ad-aware which scans your computer for known spyware
components and safely remove them. Well, I did this, but
now i can't get my internet explorer 6.0 or the windows
explorer to launch. I get the ever popular, "Windows
Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience." This happens when i try
and open my documents, my computer, control panel, etc...

Can anyone help!

Thank you much!

Try using System Restore to take you back to a time before the problem began
or before you installed Ad Subtract. Start\All Programs\Accessories\System
Tools\System Restore.

If you can't get to it in Windows, try getting to it in Safe Mode. Boot the
system, start tapping F8, at the menu select Safe Mode and press enter.
