Sometimes when I try to start Windows Explorer nothing seems to be happening & I click the Icon again & again, nothing happens
When this happens I check the task manager & find multiple instances of explorer in the process box. If I kill them off one by one until only the lowest one in the box is left then I can start WE & it starts. I'm guessing that at some point one instance of WE doen't terminate properly which then stops new instances of WE from starting properly
I've tried searching the knowledge base with no luck & the offshore "help" desk of my hardware vendor is less than helpful
Any suggestion?
