Windows Explorer - Search not finding files

I'm trying to do search for a "word or phrase" in a file.
The search results are not correct. It is not finding all
of the files that contain the word I'm searching for. It
doesn't matter if I type in part of the file name or leave
it blank. It only finds some of the files that contain the
word.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, we've all had that problem. You can edit the registry to add the file
types that you want searched or you can use a different find tool such as
Agent Ransack (www.agentransack.com)
