Windows Explorer Right Click

I started a new job and at my old job, when I right clicked a file that was
on a network drive - in the pop up menu one of the options was to COPY UNC
PATH. This allowed me to copy the UNC into an email so others who may have
the mapped drive as a different logical drive could get to it.

At my new job, despite using XP PRO, this COPY PATH is not available under
right click. How do I enable it?
 
Found it - it's not a M$ utility - here it is and works great:
