When opening Windows Explorer, is it possible to have the view default to
"My Computer/Local Disk (C:) ?

If so, how does one accomplish this?

Thanks...Keith

Right-Click on Windows Explorer and select "Properties".
In the box that says "Target", add the following : /n,/e,C:\
Leave one space after explorer.exe and don't forget the commas.

Bruce,

Does the /n,/e,C:\ go before the explorer.exe, i.e., /n,/e,C:\explorer.exe
?

It now looks like this: %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe

Bruce, do you know how to make this work when I right click on start and
go to explorer. That's the way I like getting to explorer. It always
goes to the start menu folder. I want it to go to C:/. Thanks....johnny
