When I click my documents, my computer, windows media player, etc. after
rebooting I get to the file OK. When I do it a second time I get a Windows
Explorer Problem window. I click OK or send report the desktop refreshes and
I can get to the file, etc. The next time I try I get the Windows Problem
again and the process repeats. If more information is needed please let me
know. Thank you.

Go to command prompt and try running sfc /sacannow command.

I tried the solution suggested by Mandark and the problem still exists. Any
other suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you Mandark.
