Hey,

I've had an ongoing problem that has gotten me very frustrated. I have 2
accounts on my computer, one for me--an administrator account--and the other
a visitor account. On my account--the admin-- I can't get windows explorer
to work. Every time I click a folder, my computer, or control panel, it just
blanks out to my desktop without icons and then after about 10 seconds it
comes back to my desktop.
It used to work some of the time and the rest of the time it didn't. I
would just reboot my computer and hope it worked, and most of the time it
did. But now, it doesn't even work then...what do I need to do to fix this
problem?

Yep...thanks...but how do I fix this??

Here's one of the errors with explorer.exe

The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted.

There is a copy button at top of window. Use that to post the errorback here.
OR
Go to the link and search for the error code
