Windows explorer has encountered

I am using Win Xp HE> when I try to convert an AVI file to DVD I get the
windows explorer error.I am using WinMpg Video Converter.If there is a
problem with this program please suggest another one that will not give me
any problems.
 
You should download WM encoder 9 series + the utilities,in the encoder select
convert audio/video.
